The Commissary is operated on a non-cash basis. Personal hygiene items, clothing and a variety of snack foods are available. Inmates are permitted one order per week. Cash (at the lobby kiosk), credit cards (Master Card and Visa), and debit cards are accepted.  The kiosks are located in the front lobbies of the Jennifer Road and Ordnance Road Detention Centers and accept cash denominations of $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100.  The machines do not accept coins or one dollar bills.  Payments may also be made online at www.accesscorrections.com[1] or by phone at 866-345-1884.  The facility number is 221401.  A fee is assessed for transactions of $.01 -  $300.00 as noted below:
